In-Kind Donations

Rear Allies welcomes in-kind contributions from wellness professionals, service providers, and companies who wish to support service members through meaningful, non-monetary donations.

In-kind donations help us expand access to wellness-centered resources, services, and supplies that promote grounding, restoration, and morale during and after deployment.

 We welcome donated or discounted services such as:

• Yoga, meditation, breathwork, or movement sessions
   
• Massage therapy or bodywork services
   
• Sound therapy or guided relaxation
   
• Wellness coaching or mindfulness instruction
   
• Art-based or creative wellness offerings
   
• Educational workshops related to stress management or self-care
   

Services may be offered as one-time sessions, limited-run vouchers, or scheduled group offerings.

 We accept new, unused items including:

• Journals, planners, or reflection tools
   
• Aromatherapy products (non-aerosol)
   
• Herbal teas, hydration or recovery items
   
• Sleep or relaxation aids
   
• Self-care kits or curated wellness goods
   
• Office or fulfillment supplies related to care package assembly
   

All physical items must meet safety, shipping, and packaging standards.

In-kind donations may be:

• Included in wellness-focused care packages
   
• Offered as optional services to service members who opt in
   
• Used to support program delivery and fulfillment logistics
   

Rear Allies does not guarantee distribution to a specific individual and reserves discretion on how donated items or services are deployed.

In-kind donors may be acknowledged through:

• Digital thank-you recognition
   
• Inclusion in partner listings or reports
   
• Private acknowledgment communications
   

Recognition is non-promotional and provided in accordance with nonprofit guidelines.

•  Rear Allies does not accept expired, opened, or used items.
   
• Donated services must be clearly defined in scope and availability.
   
• Rear Allies does not provide medical or clinical services.
   
• All contributions are reviewed to ensure mission alignment.
   

Rear Allies is a nonprofit organization with 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status pending.
In-kind donations may not be tax-deductible until IRS determination is received.
